DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to Painted Hand Casino, a First Nations-operated land-based casino located in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering our premises or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please leave our premises immediately.
ELIGIBILITY TO GAMBLE
You must be at least 18 years old to gamble with us. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identification from any person who appears to be under 18 or attempting to gamble on behalf of someone else.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
We promote responsible gaming practices and encourage our patrons to do so as well. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, please seek assistance from our staff or external organizations such as those listed in Section 10 below.
GAMBLE RESTRICTIONS
We may restrict access to certain games or services for individuals who have self-excluded themselves or are subject to regulatory bans within Saskatchewan.
PARTICIPATION IN GAMES
By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand the rules and regulations of each specific game and agree to abide by them. You also acknowledge that we reserve the right to modify or cancel games at our discretion without prior notice.
PRIZE AWARDS AND WITHDRAWALS
Prize awards may be subject to applicable taxes and fees as per Saskatchewan Gaming Commission regulations. Prize winners must comply with all relevant tax laws in their jurisdiction when claiming prizes exceeding $5,000 CAD. We reserve the right to withhold payment of any prize until we have verified the winner's identity and complied with our anti-money laundering policies.
USE OF SERVICES AND FACILITIES
You are responsible for your own safety and well-being while using our services and facilities. We reserve the right to deny or withdraw access to any facility, service or activity at our discretion without notice.
PROPERTY DAMAGE OR THEFT
We shall not be liable for any damage caused by patrons to property within our premises, nor do we guarantee security of personal belongings. All losses or damages are borne solely by the individual responsible.
ASSISTANCE FOR PROBLEM GAMBLING
If you suspect someone is experiencing problem gambling behavior, please report it immediately to a staff member and assist in directing them towards helpful resources such as:

SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY
We take measures to ensure the integrity of our gaming operations, including regular audits by independent testing agencies. However, we are not responsible for any discrepancies that may arise due to internal or external factors beyond our control.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
By using our services and facilities, you acknowledge compliance with applicable laws within Saskatchewan as well as all other jurisdictions in which they operate.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and specifically those pertaining to Saskatchewan's Gaming Act. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or related agreements shall be resolved exclusively through courts with jurisdiction within Canada.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may modify, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at our discretion without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after such changes are made, you acknowledge acceptance of the revised terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements regarding the matters contained within them.
NO WAIVER
Failure by either party to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or other rights provided hereunder.
NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS
We reserve the right to send notices and communications to you via postal mail, email, telephone or our website. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up-to-date with us at all times.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Canadian Arbitration Centre according to their Rules of Procedure in force on the date when notice of a claim is received.
